I live in in Cornwall/Devon but my town is not on your list - can you help?
Answer
We currently service Cornish/Devonshire towns that are within reach of our depot - in the future we may well expand our delivery capability but for now (February 2025) we are concentrating on providing excellent service to our local community.

What payment methods do you offer?
Answer
We can accept any valid debit or credit card via our secure payment provider and can also accept cash on delivery, cheque and also can arrange BACS/Electronic banking payment.

How long has your business been operating?
Answer
Our family established the business in 1982 and we continue to be a family run business.
Question
I live outside Cornwall/Devon - are you able to arrange courier delivery for Cornish cream and cheese?
Answer
Currently we do not offer any form of delivery outside of our local listed towns.

Where do you source your milk, dairy and fresh products?
Answer
Our dairy and other fresh produce is sourced from local dairy business and growers. This supports our local community and allows us to deliver fresh quality products.

Do you deliver seasonal products at Christmas?
Answer
Indeed we do - please keep a look out on this website for seasonal offers (or sign up to our news letter) and special products all sourced from quality local providers.

Is your website secure?
Answer
Credit and debit card payments are handled by our secure payment gateway provided by WorldPay and as such are very secure. We do not hold any payment details on our systems. Our website is protected through encryption by Positive SSL and is housed on a secure server based in the UK.

Can I arrange to collect products from you on a different delivery day?
Answer
No, I am sorry but we do not have a retail shop and for health and safety reasons cannot accomodate visitors at our depot.
